When She Kissed Me
WHEN SHE KISSED ME
Love distanced by distance
So far away from the reach of each other
It’s over a year; I haven’t seen my love for such a long time
It’s been so long I felt the taste of her cherry lips
Smiles of a flowing spring; I missed the sight of it
With a laughter that covers multitude of joy; I missed its sound
Each day and night; I wished she was there to keep me company
To touch me with her skillful sexy hands; making me numb
So much desired her embrace & its warmness; I felt so cold from lack of it
Only she was the fire I needed; to protect me from evils of terrible cold nights
For a year; thoughts of my baby girl keeps running the tracks of my mind
I have endured each passing lonely moment with hope of an awaiting kiss.
Back from travel from a desolate island
Finally; am going to see my babe; it made me so happy
I became impatient with time; the car travelled so slowly
I couldn’t wait any much longer separated from my love
I need her so badly; I can’t wait to kiss her to moon beyond the skies
I became so dead from waiting; I need her touch to resurrect me from grave
Oh! There she is; waiting impatiently to tear me an embracive welcome
We rushed to each other; circled in an embrace so tight beyond loosed grip
I looked at her eyes; it was swimming in a pacific ocean of love
So speechless we both felt; words can’t be enough to express what we felt
Still holding each other; caressing our faces as if in search of a gold life
When she kissed me; I know that she missed me; it was an endless kiss...
Dedicated to my only love Currie...
