When Our Hearts Meet
To touch your face when our hearts meet
Is like a bible verse, it bears much fruit
The honesty inside your core, so sweet
No one else can bear proximity but truth
To kiss the eyes when warm spring from love flows
Come hold my heart in tender find its beat
Take strength from truth love's fabled trust knows
And sweet the fragrant breath when our lips meet
To kiss the lips when all desires swell
And hold it tenderly with passion's suit
Come hither love emblazon ring my bell
And I shall open soft to you without refute
To lay between the arms in comfort found
Just give assurance, no demands or cost
Reveal the truest spirit of thy gift profound
With lacing hands tight, the world gets lost
