I have had nine mentees - that is what I call them. Only three of them are still counselors, but one is a supervisor for counselors also. Not sure what happened to the others. Lost touch.

Ah, the gaggle of geese metaphor. Each goose rotating and taking the lead in the vee, breaking the wind, leading, and then rotating the roll of "teacher" mentor and leader
