When I'M Gone

If I ever have to leave you
I want you to know
If you ever miss me,
Think back to long ago

If I go from this place
Remember not the pain of leaving
Remember the smile I wore
And don't you be grieving

'Cause when I'm gone
You'll always have the memory
Of me and who I am
It'll be your sadness remedy

I'm not planning on going anywhere
But I never know if I can stay
And if I ever have to go somewhere
Don't let your skies turn grey

Just remember all the good moments
Let yourself remain in the time
Relive the days we had together
'Cause right now we're at our prime.

'Cause when I'm gone
You'll always have the memory
Of me and who I am
It'll be your sadness remedy
'Cause when I'm gone
You'll always have the memory
Of me and who I am
It'll be your sadness remedy.
