When I Look At You
Your smile places me upon a star
Your face sits me upon mountain tops
And your voice carries me to the valley streams
And when your eyes meet mine,
My soul is lifted
Your hair flows smoothly through the chilly breeze
And pushes me further to the temptation of running my hands through it
But most of all,
Your heart beats with the rhythm of peace, prosperity, and most of all; love
And this,
This, lightens up my days by knowing,
that your love and care is always there
So,
Even though your love and heart are turned to someone else,
I will keep looking nto your eyes
I will still visit mountain tops to see the stars
I will dance upon the valley streams
And I will still feel my love for you
