When eyes meet

My darkness met your light
 indifferent lazy eyes.
Your iris gave the testament
of my pained brutal sight.

 Seconds ticked into hours
 and time fleeting work.
The distance is sweet pain
 and your lashes does wonders.

 Still in debate eyes remain
 hunger to win, to conquer.
They are stuck in inevitable void
as we break the hurting refrain

The whole day revolves around this second
 replaying the glistening light
but there is nothing to ponder upon
because my eyes remain vacant.

 You out of sight.
