When Did Pigs Fly and Why

Piggy is flying with his striped socks flashing the town.
Let’s not forget that crazy tail stated a disapproving clown.
His black and white wings are fluttering against the southern sky.
One question, a sheriff asked me “when did a pig fly and why?”
