When Darkness Fell Upon Me

Inspired by a friend that said to me “even without words, you are an inspiration”…thanks for your encouragement, everyone, even if it’s wordless in prayer~

Oh, break me in agony again…I truly dare you…
You’ll feel my pain times ten, my inner rue…
Friends forever was a thing in our minds, in our happy-go-lucky minds
Ends meet and greet beginnings like sun to the blinds, to the blinds

Take my hand…
Understand…
I love…I love…I love…
When you fly me crazy, my dove

I love you so
When darkness fell upon me…fell upon me…
I love you though
Even when darkness won’t let me be…free…
Just know
We will follow
The footsteps of the unknown
And make progress, for we’re not alone
We’re not alone…we’re never alone

Stay with me when I feel out of darkness
Stray with me into the light of the breeze
Don’t break my heart of childlike sadness
Ignore the negativity and be one at ease

Before we break apart,
