When Am Like This

When i feel this way about you,
if you don’t it ain’t the same,
i do know if i want you,
and you do not want me,
you won’t stay...

When you do find that person,
you’ll know,
there’s no mistaking true love,
i do know if it’s pretense,
or whatever else anyone comes up with,
you’re better off if you single.

When they tell you leave her or him,
I do know enough to mention this of people though,
they can push you and if to regrets,
afterwards say sorry,
like that makes it alright,
but doesn’t cut it,
and never does to those,
when am like this...
