When
When the wind blows on an early Fall morning
And the coffee tastes just right
When a smile forms on my lips
And I've slept through the night
When the stars are all aligned
And my chemicals all balanced
When I drive home from work
And there's a song in my heart
When I feel my father at my side
And know my brother's free
When fear takes a backseat
And a voice within sees me through
When sadness overwhelms me
And the tunnel has grown dark
When hope seems only a word
And happiness a far off dream
When anger takes control
And destruction wants a part of me
When, at times the end seems near
And there's only weakness within...
I remember a voice
Onesingle voice
With three simple words
And outstretched arms
Beckoning me, to come in from the storm
And take refuge near her heart.
