What's It Take

Liars
Backstabbers
As the people start to pour in
Empty halls
And corridors
Anyone who'll listen

I stood to leave
Now everyone sees me
I know what it takes to leave
What's it take to stay here
What's it take?

Doctors
and therapists
In the disguise of a friend
Swore they'd never leave
Swore they'd cure me
Who needs to be cured now?

Abandon those who leave you
Truth is I was never yours to leave

Silly me
I believed
Silly me
I believed you

I didn't walk because you did
I walked because you weren't worth the stay
