What's Beyond the Fence

What’s Beyond the Fence?

Anguish, I languish at your feet
I wish you’d set me free, misery
I’m a lost fish in the sea in repeat
I pray you’d hear my prayer — that’s my only plea

Don’t fence me in
With your love again
Don’t fence me in…
With your love again
Don’t fence me in, in, in
You’re in your inn
You’re sufferin’

Where have you been?
I’m feeling lonesome once again
Don’t fence me in
With your love again
You wore me thin
I’m hiding in my den
I’m feeling stressed out without a doubt
I want a way out…I swim and shout…

Depressed, I’m a mess it seems
I wish you’d repair my broken dreams
I’m at the seams in the air of despair
I pray you’d hear my prayer — if only you would care…

Don’t fence me in
With your love again
Don’t fence me in…
With your love again
Don’t fence me in, in, in
You’re above your sin
Don’t sink it in…

Where have you been?
I’m feeling lonesome once again
Don’t fence me in
With your love again
You wore me thin
I’m hiding in my den
I’m feeling stressed out without a doubt
I want a way out…I swim and shout…

Don’t
Don’t fence
Don’t fence me
Don’t fence me in
Don’t fence me in
Won’t you let me win
With your love again?
Don’t fence me in…with your sin…
With your love again
Won’t you let me in
With your love again?
With your love again?
Your love again…
Love again…
Again…
