Whatever Matters
I dont think it matters, but what does matter
Do you even care that my heart has shattered
What matters, to you not a thing
Not even me down on a knee handing you a ring
Do I matter, to your heart at all
Or am I literally talking to a brick wall
What matters to you, doesnt matter to me
That must be why we will never be
What matters to my heart clearly makes you laugh
I guess it's pointless to make it on your behalf
Whatever matters clearly doesnt even amount
Cause at this point in my life I feel I will never surmount
Whatever matters
Hearts can shatter
Even splatter
Nothing to you, Will ever matter
