Whatever you dish out sooner or later gets brought right back to you times three.

My grandfather used to say if you put bad medicine on someone it will come back to you times three. In Other Words Folks:  Don't Spit Into The Wind

He was a snappy dresser and knew he was a prize. So handsome and so suave was he and oh those twinkling eyes. Girls followed him where're he went for friends he wasn't lacking, And he knew how to get his way, for him life was relaxing. Others stepped and fetched for him and he had no misgivings. This was the way that things should be, the world owed him a living. Late in Fall she came to town, quiet and mysterious. No one knew from whence she came, she seemed polite but serious. She was smooth and polished with a kind and gentle air. Dignified and charming, most people found her fair. Some said her eyes were warm and brown, some said no they're blue. Others said they didn't know and curiosity grew. Randy set his cap for her, in no time she'd be his. Like all the others she would fall, he was sure of this. He courted and he flattered her using all his charm. He smiled and strutted for the crowd with her upon his arm. Like all the others she believed she'd found her one true love. Until he cast her heart aside like some old shoe or glove. She was a lady tried and true, dignified, with class. She'd not react unseemingly, she was a proper lass. She asked him to come over, she would return his ring. He smiled and he accepted thinking one last fling. No one ever saw him or heard from him again, And the lady moved away and then the tales began. Never break a lady's heart and leave her all forlorn. For Hell hath no fury, like a woman scorned. \

oh I like this, Judy. You have quite the little flair for revenge drama. Could make a movie off this plot!!

You are so right but maybe she was a little extreme. I presume she didn't enjoy that she became a laughing stock and swore revenge. Well he did have some sort of punishment coming his way, only He didn't live long enough to try the lesson out. A clever write and so well penned, an enjoyable read. Hugs and blessings Jennifer.

WoW! Judy, I enjoyed your tale from start to finish. Randy messed with the “ wrong” female. Great ending to a well-written story. Have a great day and weekend:-) Alexis

Hi, I thought you left the soup. A wonderful poem that should be easily transformed in a book.
