What We Need
We need love to feed us
Someone to need us
A lover to miss us
And warm lips to kiss us
Loving arms to hold us
A friend to scold us
Someone to talk to
And someone to listen too
We need someone to care for
Someone to be there for
Someone to cry on
And a lover to rely on
I want to give to you
And you to give to me too
What we need to survive
To keep our souls alive
