What We Believe

We don’t always need to speak
Our love is unique
Content with each other’s presents
Not all caught up in loud events
We don’t need to lavish each other in fancy gifts
We have what we need, why create false happiness
The simple things make us smile
The radiance in each other makes it all worthwhile
Were not occupied in false hopes
We don’t indulge in dope
We get high on living life
We both believe in the same God
We choose to see clearly not fogged
We truly believe in the partnership of marriage
It’s a comforting relationship built on love and trust
And there we shall remain with one another till we are dust
