What Was Up Is Now Down

I dreamed of a life with you and I
Now I’m told to leave you alone
How could this be, I’m down on my knees
What did I do? I’m begging you please
What went wrong? What didn’t I see?
How did I lose my Knight to be?

The tears run down my face are no stranger to me
I just don’t understand what happened to our plans
The smile I use to wear has turned into to a frown
What was up is now down
What a game this must have been
To pass the time to mislead and wind
To let me go on a sour note
How dose this work?
You’re in my life and now you not
Oh my God where am I?
It’s over now, so letting go
I must say goodbye to you and then to me
Happy ever after… the end…. is the way it will be.
