What Really Matters
With a simple hello
and warm friendly smile,
She made him remember
what's really worth while.
The stress and the worries
of his busy day,
One moment with her
and they faded away.
When later that night
his prayers were all said,
He turned out the light
then climbed into bed.
And laying beside her
realizing again,
These were the reasons
he'd married her then.
