What Now

There's really no one left to call
Do I need a phone at all?
The kids around are all on text
For me who to call next?
As time went by
I watched friends die
Left stunned and filled with rage
Who ever thought that we would age?
So now they're carried off the stage
Can't do much but turn the page
Today my call lists really blank
I say to you
And let's be frank
When all around have passed away
Life is but an empty day.
