What Music Brings

What music brings is a very good question,
people can make it bring a connection.
Music at times can sure make you glow, 
but sometimes it can make you feel low.
Think of a wedding and the music that plays,
so many combinations in so many ways.
Music can bring a slow mellow grace,
and sometimes it swings and picks up the pace.
Music can also have great pizzazz,
you'll know what I mean if you've ever heard Jazz.
Music can also unravel some clues,
if you carefully sit and listen to Blues.
Music can even knock off your socks,
especially when it begins to Rock.
 Music to some can seem like a flop,
you know what I mean if you don't like Pop.
Music can sometimes make you feel tall,
especially if you like Classical.
Now a days some folks will ask,"what gives?"
They just do not like the new Alternative.
Heavy metal is another kind,
some like it and others will leave it behind.
When music is slow you just glide with the flow,
it just seems to be nice and mellow.
When music picks up it's pace,
we dance around as though in a race.
Music can also seem complicated,
because it is over or under rated.
We sit and we listen day in and day out.
we wonder what music is all about.
We listen to people sing of their lives,
we learn of all of their truths and lies.
Music can be heard anywhere, at work, home, church or a fair,
It seems to touch our lives everyday everywhere.
Even at play it's just always there,
it seems like a must just like breathing air.
From children to old folks we all seem to care,
because there is music everywhere.
