What Lies Within
What lies within these walls
I hear the siren calls…
I hear them in the midst of affliction
I hear them in the shadows of lies
Listen and you might find direction
Within these woods of misty lullabies
What lies within these tall towers
I hear the siren calls for hours
I hear them plucking silver soul flowers
I hear them resurrecting precious powers
Delighted to hear them calling…they blossom so beautiful
I hear them silently falling…colliding into their own black hole
What lies within those unstoppable eyes
Of unfathomable bliss, nestled in lullabies
What lies within those unbearable halls of hopefulness
What lies within those wretched walls of endlessness
I’m longing to go home in the rivers of dimensions
I’m longing to be at home with the oceanic missions
I’m ascending vigilantly in the waters of meandering woe and mere ecstasy
Then, I’m diving courageously and drowning in my gladness and misery
Mirror my pain and seek happiness from afar and all
Fervor rainfall is showering over me as I hear them call
What lies within these walls
I hear the siren calls…
I hear them gently echoing a tide of empathy my way
I hear them serenely call my name a million miles away
They remain in the lagoon of long-lost lamentation
The loneliness in their soul, longing for happy habitation
They are whirling and spiralling in the wind above and water below
Underneath the flowy surface, they bestow benevolence aglow
