What Is Romance
What is romance?
The way you feel when with your man?
the touch or hold of a hand.
Whispering sweet notes into your ear?
Is this what romance is?
Laying together in bed
or the way he wears his pants?
Every compliment he gives
puts a smile on your face.
Wish I knew how to accept
and treasure the words that flow from his lips.
Wishing I knew more about romance.
Feeling lost when love is involved
Hoping not to look like a fool
while learning the golden rules.
