What Is Kundalini
Kundalini is pulse that moves
Divine Mother at root of spine
Who ascends when head-heart align
God’s life force in our body grooves
Magnetism, that keeps us alive
To its rhythm, nodes within us jive
It’s the light that darkness removes
Ego takes a backseat; soul shines
We transcend mind-body confines
Benign bliss burn, our soul approves
Mother activates by Her touch
From fears and desires, we declutch
That God dwells within, to us proves
By transmuting our feeble form
Enlivened with love and light warm
Kundalini is all that moves
God’s life force in our body grooves
