What is heartbreak?
Heartbreak,
Oh pain
In every teenage life,
Why do you damage our minds
With your insidious
Torturous ways?
Laying awake
For hours at a time
Watching the clock tick
Every second away.
Tick...
Tick...
Tick...
Looking through the reflection
Of your mirror
To see tears sparkle
In the moon light.
Wondering why you weren't good enough,
Why how you aren't pretty enough,
How you aren't small enough,
How you weren't like her...
