What is family?
Is it the woman
Who gave birth to me?
Yes she is your mother.
What is family?
Is it the man
Who protects me?
Yes he is your daddy.
What is family?
Is it the girl
Who plays with me?
Yes she is your sister.
What is family?
Is it the boy
Who I see?
Yes he is your brother.
What is family?
Is it the lady
Who cuddles me?
Yes she is your grandma.
What is family?
Is it the gentleman
Who sits me on his lap?
Yes he is your grandpa.
What is family?
Is it the people
Who I call my friends?
Yes because they are your friends.
What is family?
Is it everyone
That I see?
No it’s everyone that you love.
