Sorry guy?
What if the Pinball Wizard
Was a witch?
Would she be
Filthy rich?
What if Brick House was?
Made of straw?
Your roommate
Your mother-in-law.
What if Only the Lonely?
Were a crowd?
Would they be
Happy and proud?
What if the Boys of Summer?
Arrived in the winter?
They came from some
Place in West Minister.
What if Jessie’s Girl
Was really a boy?
Maybe his name
Could be Elroy.
What if
We Got the Beat?
Was really my
Dog’s In heat.
