What I Was Worth
You said one thing
then you did another.
When are you going to realize
that I'm not going to be here forever?
You said you'd help me
but all I did was help you.
You just never realized
I was here, too.
You said you'd be there
but you never were.
You never remembered that
when you were with her.
You said that you loved me
but you never really meant it.
When you finally realized I did
I was already gone.
