What I Believe
I am feeling the fight. I can go another round.
The devil's throwing jabs trying to knock me down.
I survive the attacks. I keep the faith at all costs
Because I already know who's won and who lost.
I am seeking the Lord's will and He shows me favor.
I claim victory through the blood of my Savior.
I hit rock bottom. There is nothing left to fear.
There's nowhere to go but up. That has been made clear.
I have already broken the chains of addiction.
I'm going to be somebody. I can make that prediction
Because His word tells me that He has a plan
As long as I stay strong and take a firm stand.
He will make my life better as long as I weather
The storm and I have made that my life's evdeavor.
I will stand strong. I can and I must.
When I am down He picks me up. In God I trust.
He wants me to prosper. He wants me to succeed.
He will stand beside me through it all. This is what I believe.
