What Goes Around
10/6/22
More rain we need
Storming or the faintest breeze
Across the tainted seas
It's all been very far from make-believe
No matter if they hated me
Still I'm sustaining speed
Every day and week
I over indulge in what provides me pain relief
Often I'd lay beneath
The shade of trees
In sad ways people take their leave
With smoke stained teeth
Yet again a strain to sleep
Nearby a field of tame sheep
It's been over eight weeks
Watching honest folks with scraped knees
Waiting for orders to lay siege
Because we are not on the same teams
I drove around in a Mercedes
Stopped to pick some daisies
While the temperature was in the eighties
Had a bite of some aged cheese
While looking out at the Euphrates
Spotted from afar another snake I see
Continually these ladies
Think I'm Hades
Meanwhile I continue to vaccinate animals for Rabies
Over time layers peeled off
For good or bad reason areas sealed off
With much more than a steel lock
As of now something feels off
So the deals off
Wow, this is a real shock
How much some of these meals cost
Watch how fast she'll talk
The same can be said for how quick he'll squawk
As of now always need to carry a concealed Glock
Wow you got caught trying to steal socks
Always acting like your life is real posh
Bound to happen eventually the wheels pop
Can't be just a joke or clown
Got to make the best before I'm below the ground
I know it now
About what goes around
