What Could Have Been

Would you do anything to save the one you love?

‘Cause we all have that one person that we say we would do anything for.

That one person who you cherish forever

It could be anybody.

Family

Friend

Or lover

We would do anything for them

Take a bullet

Take the blame

We are always there for them

You share memories that are forever

Then one thing happens

And you just drift apart

No longer talk

No longer text

No longer together

And one day the memories you have fade

And you’re just left thinking of what could have been.
