What Can'T Kill You Makes You Stronger

I lay there awake. A sleepless night or so it seem. Suddenly I fall asleep and behold I have a dream. A troubled man I see, but I can't see his face. A lonely figure he is as he stands there in his place. He stands there all alone. It's a war and he's the solider. Sometimes he feels like giving up. He wishes the battle was over. This "battle" that I'm talking about? The battle of the mind; the clock is ticking away and he's running out of time. He often sits alone. More than often he feels depress. He's young and he's blessed; so what...he couldn't care any less. He tries to show love, but its shoved back in his face. The more he tries to show it, the more he's the victim of hate. He thinks of all the scenarios and how it could've been. I guess it doesn't matter now; his life he wants to end. Standing there with head down; how much more can he take? He says, "I'll just kill myself and simply leave this place." I tell him, "What can't kill you only makes you stronger." He doesn't acknowledge me and I can't take it any longer. I step to him I come a lil closer Enough with this suspense! I'm thinking I'm wondering This dream is now intense! I hold his head up high, because his face I wanted to see. To my shock and utter dismay, this man turned out to be me!
