What Cannot Be Taken Back
Are you sure you want this knowledge?
Of why I never finished college?
Or where I went that one week.
When I was at my peak.
The scars revealed I cannot redact.
That time in my life when my dignity was attacked.
I shall dust off the guilt that I have once inhabited.
Are you sure you want me uninhibited?
Or would you rather me wander away.
And forever you will wonder what secrets I held at bay.
