What Am I Supposed To Do?

What am I supposed to do, Try to move find someone new?  After everything that we went through, How can I get over you? Your my best friend, But I love your more than life, Although our friendship well never end, It cuts me like a knife. You seem like you feel it too, There's some connection when I'm with you, But you deny, yet tell me to wait, What am I too you? I won't wait for you forever.  There is more out there for me, But If you too a chance, You'd see who I could be. You'd be well worth the wait, Don't get me wrong, But I can't hang myself on you, I gotta be strong. But if you were mine,  I'd be just fine, And you'd be taken care of, I just wish I was enough, I'd treat you with respect,  I'd be the choice you don't regret, I'd be so good to you,  You'd be in everything I do. I'll close my eyes and see your face, See your smile, admire your grace, See you in our special place, Hand in hand, heart picks up the pace. Only in dreams do I have you, When I'm asleep, you feel the way I do.
