What

I am looking for something
Looking for without a clue to what
Only to know it means everything
With a life lived… apart

And it isn’t something new I need
Something older for anew
To have lived comes to seek
That one moment perhaps to feel

I have went through the depths of my sadness
I have savoured the joys of what life can bring
Yet resides here amongst the living of emptiness
And to understand it all to once more be keen

Do you know what we have created?
Everything to believe and to doubt
Only us can brand it and be weirded
We are boldly becoming lesser proud

Are you looking for something?
Something in the very quiets of your heart?
And we begin to hide oneself from everything
Without a clue looking for what…
