What

What can I write,
                                                  that doesn't sound trite;
                                                  what can I say,
                                                  that brings your love today;
                                                  how can I find,
                                                  what thoughts on your mind;
                                                  where can I touch,
                                                  that you will love it so much;
                                                  what do you see,
                                                  that reminds you of me;
                                                  what do you hear,
                                                  what brings you daily cheer;
                                                  what do you feel,
                                                  in your heart so warm and real;
                                                  what do you taste,
                                                  like my love, you didn't waste;
                                                  what's in your heart,
                                                  has been there from the start;
                                                  and why am I
                                                  in your life and the only guy.
