Whales live in the ocean So it's pretty rare to find A whale beached in Iowa But it doesn’t mind It swims in the Cedar Takes care of the cattle Stock breeder Wildcat hill Eventually, it’ll return home Back to the plains Iowa is all he’s ever known The land of Ames In Memory Of William Marshall Ferguson

Jeb, Welcome to Poetry soup, I hope you enjoy the community. Here, you will find friendly poets who enjoy supporting one another. I myself, enjoy reading and commenting those who want to be read.
