Our boss quite often creeps in, looking for our good. She knows we are probably doing the best that we could. She leaves us love notes that accentuate the positive things she sees. Whale Done is at the top of the paper, she writes up in threes. One copy for us, one for our relatives, and one for her. Her notes are exciting and educational, that is for sure. The Whale Done at the top has a photo of a little whale too. There is nothing positive for us that she will not do. There is a teeny tiny box at the bottom that says what do you think You want to work on, that you feel you could improve, put more in the pink? Next to the box are three lines for us to write a goal, or a step-by-step plan. Whale Done at the top grins at us as we take the paper into our hand.
