We've all got secrets

You don't have to deal with things alone. A heart-to-heart can help ease your suffering. Take care and stay safe. Blessings and best wishes. We've all got secrets By Michelle Morris 30/12/2023 I've got a secret I never will share with the world But maybe if I trust you one day I'll unburden my heart and soul You've got a secret You hide it deep in your mind You bury it in a box in your soul But your eyes show the pain inside We've all got secrets... Some are emotions keeping us down Some are mirrors of our regrets Some are Darkness inherited from DNA Some are experiences we hope to forget But when we pause and let it flow When we allow the Light and Hope to shine brightly So often the Darkness dissipates Because enlightenment gives us clarity Sometimes it takes a heart-to-heart Sharing our Truth to someone we can trust Realising that if we change our perceptions The guilt and pain is released into dust Sometimes a perfect stranger Will transform our trauma into joy Sometimes they'll help heal the pain And allow it to breathe a little more Whatever your secrets and lies Whatever your Truth and soul path Know that each creature experiences Life The trick is to embrace our own heart So, maybe I've got my secrets Maybe you've got yours But let's try to remember that secrets Is how so many people get held underwater Let's free ourselves and our skeletons Nothing should ever try to live in a closet And baggage is a waste of time and energy Let's travel light, for anything is possible You and I deserve joy and happiness Fun and laughter and smiles Our lives are capable of magic and miracles So take my hand and let's enjoy the ride © Michelle Morris, 2023
