We'Re a Nightmare

I failed to knot my end, it lies lose
You knew and chose to mend, Called it truce
But little did we see the very mess we've created
We looked upon the walls as if we were painted

Oh
See what we've become
The fear that lies within the dream
The dark that ceased the hope and peace the night would dare to bring

We're a nightmare
Even though in a dream
We lit up the fears
At least so it seems
We choke the light
Don't fade away
We're a nightmare
For us
Bend on your knees and say a prayer
