Welcome Two Thousand Sixteen

Two thousand fifteen
was such a rough year,
I hope I have better days
and my mind is more clear.

I never make resolutions
they always get broke anyway,
me and resolutions don't work
we only last a few days.

The sun shines brightly
in the clear blue sky,
I hope that this year
won't quickly pass me by.

Welcome two thousand sixteen
I hope my mind is more clear,
can't wait to see what this year holds
I'll hold my loved ones dear.
