Welcome To the Month of April

Welcome to the Month of April

Welcome to the month of April
It's the fourth month of the year
The twenty-third's my Barbara's birthday
She's my wife whom I hold dear

The diamond is her birthstone
Blooming Daisies are her flowers
She had a wondrous sense of humor
She would laugh with me for hours

She now resides in Heaven
And she's sending me her love
She's still laughing with me
As she's watching from above

Why is it, that she's laughing
As I'm writing you this jewel?
She knows it is the last of March
This is an early April Fool
