Sitting on a tree limb this dark night, in silhouette there is a cat of black before a full and orange moon. No fright have I. She's there to welcome Halloween Eve back. Nov. 2, 2019 for Eve's Good Luck Halloween Poetry Contest Picture number 2; rhyme scheme chosen: ABAB

In answer to your question, I wrote my poem for a talented family member who is a musician. He deals with Anxiety and depression. Sadly he self medicates.
