Weight Loss 101

Around my hips, too much weight
In place of a stomach, I've a spare tire
My face is pudgy, slightly bloated
Dark forces against me conspire ...

But I've reversed course, I'm shedding pounds
Part of me's now in the Lost & Found
Though I'm not quite ready to celebrate
when I still tip the scales at 288!

I agree with Kim. Wouldn't it be great if it were the other way around-easy to lose weight, and hard to gain? ;)

Gershon my brother had a famous bodybuilding friend Danny Padilla you can see him on YouTube competed in Mr Olympia He is from Rochester NY. His diet was four hard boiled eggs a day. It fills you up. When I diet thats what I eat it works...

Another creative/fun write. I enjoyed reading it. When shedding pounds I want them lost forever. I would never go to the Lost & Found. I do not want them back. Have a great day.............

This is too cute Gershon. My daughter just lost the weight she has carried for years. She looks so good but she lost the weight because she was deathly ill. Now she is trying not to gain it back. Loved this light hearted little poem. God Bless, JB
