Weeping Willy
While Weeping Willy weakly wept,
Miss Simple Sally softly slept.
For promises he left unkept,
Which left him feeling quite inept.
He promised that one day he'd find,
A way to leave his tears behind.
Though Sally said she didn't mind,
Was thankful Willy was so kind.
Her sympathy just made him sadder,
One day became a different matter.
His mind betrayed him like "The Hatter"
And on the wall his brains would splatter.
Returning from her daily chore,
Miss Sally frozen to the core.
Found Willy lying on the floor,
Now Weeping Willy weeps no more.
