Weathering My Storms
As I struggle and sigh
And wonder how to climb a cliff so high
Winding roads, sometimes slippery and stiff
Spirituality stands on a mystic cliff
It’s my journey as I travel through life
Breeze through challenges and strife
Narrow paths and dangerous turns
Doubts creeping in, tempted to return
An inner voice always talks to me
You are much more than what you see
Storms, rains and winds may blow
Do not give up move and go.
With faith in heart and zest in mind
Leaving fear and doubt far behind
I walk with my head held high
Encouraging me to always try.
