Weather It Would

Would this kiss feel as warm
During a frigid winter storm
Or my touch still feel soft
As windy snows rage aloft.

Could our embrace induce magic
As a thunderstorm creates havoc
Or your loving seem as sweet
Under torrential freezing sleet.

Would a whisper my sadness bury
While a tornado swirls in fury
Or this love remain the same
In the throes of a hurricane.

They would be void of such strife
As long as my love shares her life
Or I should die while in my pity
Because the weather is within me.

Wow !! I wasn't expecting that ending. I must say. I love everything about the rain- a thunderstorm. Both are magical and stimulating, in so many ways. This is beautiful and emotional, all at the same time. Something new will be coming from me soon. I am in awe that you have been waiting. :) Brandy
