We Write
Some people write to tell their story
Others write to heal their soul
Some will write for fame and glory
Or a broken heart they must console
Some will write for self expression
For others it's a matter of pride
Some may tell of a deep depression
From all the scars they try to hide
Some may write with hopes and dreams
Or of tomorrows that's not yet come
Some will write of the way it seems
Or maybe where they're coming from
Some will tell of their heart's desires
Of a love that is meant to last
While some will write of blatant liars
Broken promises from the past
We write of our different devotions
There's never any wrong or right
We write from our many emotions
Whatever the reason, we write
