We Were In Love
Baby when I look back now, we were mad in love,
And now all that we say is, we were in love.
We'd crave for more love,
Now we crave for our time.
It's been a hell of a ride,
To keep us together all this while.
We strove to keep up our luxuries,
But innocent Love- that got buried.
I ponder now and at times worry
Is it too late to mend and say sorry?
Baby when I look back now, we were mad in love,
And now all that we say is, we were in love.
I had my passion to write and share,
To the one I shared, never bothered to care,
Life is strange, with its unexpected roads,
You never know at times where you want to go?
Shower's the place, where I would sing so clear,
Now that is the place, where I shed my tears.
To keep me sane always is my biggest fear,
For the deeds done I can't forget oh ! dear..
Baby when I look back now, we were mad in love,
And now all that we say is, we were in love.
You hold her tight and she may die,
I let loose, so she may survive..
You hold her light and she may fly,
Silly me, I gave her wings to hear a Goodbye..
