We Owned Everything And Worried Less

There was a certain time we couldn't be a minute apart, our happy hearts knew no hurt; we lived in a real Paradise! Today, we stare into each other eyes and see what the harm has done to us; joy is not pain but conviction remains: we owned everything and worried less! What matters now is that we go on as many others, but looking back can make us aware of our silliness; we should have thought about the hard times, yesterday we owned everything and worried less! Laughter and smiles were loved by us: why do they turn memories into regrets? We hummed beautiful songs and sang out of tune, owls watched us writing our names on a big stone! Wasn't it amazing when we owned everything and worried less? Nothing can match that feeling, nothing can make us dream anymore; daytime is cold, not even a warm sunray makes grey clouds turn gold!
