We Love Too Thick

We loved too thick. A love that sliced both ways.
We only take from another what we are willing to give of ourselves,
No we only give to another what we are willing to receive for ourselves.
We love too thick. A love that destroys in it's completeness.

Alone. Because I grieve her loss and my own; I can't let go.
Alone . Because she left.
Alone. Because they left.
Alone because the love cuts both ways, she can't let go
	and I don't know how.
Alone. Because this family will leave
taking what I could not stop from giving.
